Are you planning a school ski trip to SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA - PEC? On this page you should find all the necessary information to make buying ski passes for school groups as easy as possible.
All entities registered in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports registry and other entities whose main activity is sports and education (such as the House of Children and Youth or the Scouts) can apply for a discount for school groups.
Price list for school groups
Day and multi-day tickets
The price of ski passes is divided according to the period of validity of the ski pass. The first day of validity of the ski pass is the first day of skiing.

Low Season and High Season
Low season includes the period from the start of the ski season to December 20th, from January 4th to 31st and from March 1st to the end of the winter ski season.
High season covers the period from December 21st to January 3rd and from February 1st to 28th.
Multi-day ski passes (except 4/6 and 5/6) are valid for consecutive calendar days. The first day of validity of the ski pass is the first day of skiing.
All schoolchildren, as well as pedagogical supervision, ski at the same prices regardless of their year of birth. For every ten tickets of the same type purchased for students, with the exception of single rides, the teacher receives a corresponding bonus ticket free of charge.
All entities registered in this registry of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports can apply for a discount for school groups. And other entities whose main activity is sports and education.

Night skiing
Only 5 and 6-day ski passes include night skiing on the slopes Javor and U lesa (Pec pod Sněžkou), Protěž (Janské Lázně) and Modřín (Velká Úpa). Night skiing on Javor and Protěž is only on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. On Modřín and U lesa on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Chip cards are not paid for with tickets for school groups. Tickets are printed on a one-time ticket, which cannot be reused after the expiry date.
What if the course is partly in one and partly in the other season?
The price of the entire ski pass is always governed by the price list that is valid on the day of the first day of validity of the ski pass.
What is the validity of multi-day ski passes?
Multi-day ski passes (except 4/6 and 5/6) are valid for consecutive calendar days, the first day of validity is the first day of skiing. The last day of validity is printed on the ticket.

For every ten tickets of the same type purchased, with the exception of single rides, the teacher receives a corresponding bonus ticket free of charge.
Is it possible for students to share a ski pass?
No, all ski passes are non-transferable. When passing through the turnstile, a photo check of the ski pass holder takes place. In case of misuse, the ski pass is blocked without compensation.

Is it possible to purchase ski passes with different validity periods within one purchase?
Yes
Can I also buy a single ride on the cable car?
Yes. Tickets for the cable car in Janské Lázně can be purchased on site, but also online. For chairlifts in Pec pod Sněžkou and Velká Úpa only on site at the ticket office with staff or at the self-service ticket office. Payment is only possible by credit card at the self-service ticket office.
How long is a return ticket valid?
8 days. It doesn't matter whether you use the ride up or the ride down first.
Is night skiing included in the price of the ski pass?

Practical tips for teachers on site
* We recommend that all students take a photo of their ski pass from the printed side in case it is lost or damaged. Any ticket office is able to make a duplicate of the ski pass. However, this is not possible without the specific ski pass number.
* Please wait until the last day of the course with requests for a refund due to illness or injury and send the request collectively. Attach the ski pass numbers and reports from the course doctor or paramedic.
* To transport 15 or more people by SkiBus, please contact the ski bus dispatch centre on +420 608 476 112.

Buy online or at the ticket office?
Buying at a ticket office with staff
The condition for on-site sales is the submission of a completed form, which can be downloaded HERE. The form must be submitted at the ticket office with the school's stamp, by email, with the name and signature of the responsible person. A name list is no longer required.
Payment for ski passes can be made in cash or by credit card. Ski passes must be purchased in bulk by one person. No deposit is paid for the ski pass on site. Tickets are printed on a one-time ticket, which cannot be reused after the expiry date. When paying on the spot, the entire amount must be paid at once. Ski passes must be collected by 1 person.
What are the pluses and minuses of buying at the ticket office?

The condition for selling ski passes online is to create an online order and pay for the ski passes according to the issued invoice. The order must be paid before arriving at the SkiResort.

How to buy online?
The purchase takes place online, please make sure you have an internet connection.
First you need to register an account in the SkiResortCard.cz bonus programme.
Only a registered user can take advantage of the program's benefits, i.e. a reduced price.
You can only shop without registration at the ticket office with staff and at the prices valid at the ticket office with staff (higher than when buying online).
Do not fill in the names of students during registration. Complete registration without entering account members.
Where should I register?

Is it possible to make an online purchase without registration?
It is not. If you do not want to register, you can buy ski passes directly at the ticket office, but at the prices at the ticket office, which are higher.
Can I make a purchase if I don't have a SkiResortCard?
The purchase for school groups is not tied to owning a SkiResortCard. Online purchase is possible even without having a chip card.

How to fill in the order correctly? Fill in the following information:
Basic data
* School ID
* School VAT number (if the school has one), if not, leave the field blank
* Organization - enter the full name of the school (this name will also be on the invoice)
* Address (street, city, zip code)
You can use the ARES database to fill in the data, if the button does not work, please fill in all required fields
Contact details
* Fill in the name and surname of the person responsible for organizing the course
* Email - all order confirmations and instructions for picking up ski passes will be sent to this email
* Telephone - telephone number that will be used by SkiResort for possible telephone contact
* Account number - the account number from which the order will be paid, or to which the finances for unused fares will be sent
Ski passes
Select the type of ski pass, add a line for a different type of ski pass if necessary
* The validity date is the day from which the ski pass is valid, regardless of whether you use it. It is the first day of skiing
* Quantity: enter the number of ski passes for students. For every 10 ski passes, one is free
If you need more ski passes for teachers than the number of bonus ski passes, add a line and select the appropriate number of ski passes for teachers. This type of ski pass will also be listed on the invoice.
The minimum number of ski passes per order is 10. They do not have to be of the same type.
To complete the order, it is necessary to agree to the terms and conditions, which we recommend you read carefully.
Number of skipasses in the order
You can purchase an unlimited number of skipasses in one order.
The number of skipasses can be adjusted in the second step of the online order process, before the invoice is issued.
Once the invoice is issued, the order can no longer be modified.
After the invoice is issued
After paying the invoice, the school will receive a reservation code and a QR code.
These details are available in the order summary.
Order splitting for large quantities
If the order contains more than 30 skipasses, it will be automatically split into multiple parts.
Each part will have a separate QR code assigned.
In the order overview, the main order will display the total amount invoiced, while the individual parts will be labeled with sequential numbers (e.g., 2022..._1, 2022..._2) and will show a value of zero.
Pick-up of skipasses
To collect the skipasses at a staffed ticket counter, all generated QR codes must be presented.
What to do after submitting the order?
Your order now has its number. We have accepted it and are now waiting for your payment.
Order confirmation has been sent to the contact person's email.
By when must the order be paid?
In the case of instant payment (priority payment), at least one day before the planned collection of the order.
In the case of normal payment, at least 3 days before the planned collection of the order.
I haven't received an invoice, what should I do?
The invoice is issued automatically after clicking the "Pay order" button. If it has already been issued, it can be displayed by clicking the "Show invoice" button.
Where will these options be displayed to me?
In the details of the online order, you will find the order confirmation in the email.
Is it possible to change the order?
Yes, but only until the invoice is issued.
I need to make a change, but the invoice has already been issued.
Do not pay the invoice and make a new order.
What if I need to make a change and the invoice has already been paid
The number of students can be adjusted on site when picking up the order. In the case of an increase in the number, it is necessary to pay for additional ski passes on the spot in cash or by credit card. The prices of additional ski passes are governed by the price valid for purchases at the ticket office.
If there are fewer students than in the order, please report the actual number of course participants to the employee at the ticket office. Unused ski passes will be canceled on site and the money, together with a credit note, will be sent by bank transfer to the school's account.
If you have entered an incorrect ski pass validity date or an incorrect ski pass type, please contact us as soon as possible by email at skiresortcard@skiresort.cz
The invoice has been paid, what next?
The code for picking up the order will be sent to the contact email no later than 3 days after paying the invoice.
I haven't received a QR code, what should I do?
Check the status of the order in the order details, including whether we have received your payment. If the payment is correct, you will also see the collection code here.
If the payment is still pending, please check the payment from the school. If the payment has been made, request a confirmation of payment and send it to us by email with a request to check the payment to the address skiresortcard@skiresort.cz.
I don't have an order confirmation in my email, what should I do?
Check all folders in your mailbox, including spam. If you cannot find the confirmation, please contact us by email at skiresortcard@skiresort.cz and let us know the name of the contact person and the name of the school.
How should I proceed with an online order on site at the SkiResort?
Collection of ordered ski passes is possible only at the main ticket office in each of our resorts. The main ticket office is marked with the number 1.

Fewer or more students arrived, what now?
If the number of students changes from the order, please report the actual number of course participants to the employee at the ticket office.
Unused ski passes will be canceled on site and a credit note will be sent to the email address from the order within 14 days.
If you need more ski passes than you have ordered, it is possible to buy the missing ski passes on site with cash or credit card payment. The price of ski passes purchased on site is governed by the price list valid for the purchase of ski passes at the ticket office with staff.
The receipt for a purchase up to CZK 10,000 is a full-fledged tax document. In the case of purchases over CZK 10,000, send a request to issue an invoice by email to obchod@skiresort.cz within 14 days of issuing the receipt. Include billing information in the request.

Do you need a purchase order or sales contract?
Some institutions require a confirmed purchase order or sales contract to be published in the contract register. If you are interested in confirming your order, please send it to us by email at obchod@skiresort.cz. The order will be confirmed within 48 hours.
If you are interested in issuing a sales contract, please send us your request by email to obchod@skiresort.cz. Please include the name and address of the school, who represents the school, bank account, and the type and number of ski passes. We will prepare a draft sales contract for you within 72 hours
Is there a deposit for ski passes payable on site?
No, the tickets are printed on a one-time ticket that cannot be reused after the expiry date.
Skibus transport
For transport of 15 or more people, please contact the skibus dispatch centre at +420 608 476 112. If you do not book transport, the whole class will probably not fit on the skibus, and the rest of the class will have to wait for the next connection.
Can students share a ski pass?

Can teachers share a ski pass?
No. If a teacher gets sick and has to leave, please report their ski pass. You can buy a ski pass for another teacher on the spot at the ticket office. Inform the ticket office staff that this is an additional purchase of a ski pass to already purchased ski passes or an online order that has been picked up. Photo identification of the ski pass holder is carried out when passing through the turnstile. As soon as the photos are different, the ski pass will be blocked.

Is it possible to reserve a slope before arriving at the SkiResort?
No, reservations are only possible on site with the lift attendant.
For those staying at Černá hora
* Travel by cable car to Černá hora is only possible with a valid ticket.
* We also transport luggage by cable car.
* The bus can use the service car park at the cable car entrance to load and unload students and luggage.
* Transport of groups of people with luggage is only possible in the morning between 7:30 - 8:30 and in the afternoon between 16:00 - 17:30
* The transport of persons and luggage must be booked in advance with the cable car staff on 734 577 675. The cable car has limited capacity, and it is possible that the journey will not be available at the desired time.

The price is per person; age does not matter.
Is it possible to buy ski passes for only one specific resort?
Ski passes for school groups are valid in all SkiResort areas. We do not offer local fares for school groups.
If I buy multi-day ski passes, can I choose random days (depending on the weather) or do I have to choose consecutive days, according to calendar days?
Multi-day ski passes are always for consecutive days.
Can I change the number of ski passes collected before the start of the training?
The number of students can be adjusted directly when picking up the order at the ticket office with staff. Unused fares will then be returned to your school's account.
Is it possible to order and pay for ski passes by bank transfer one evening and pick them up at the ticket office the next morning?
Yes, but only if you specify an immediate payment, if your bank supports it.
The due date of the invoice is after our arrival, can I pay the invoice after the course?
No, the invoice must be paid before picking up the ski passes at the ticket office and must be credited to the SkiResort account at least 1 day before arrival.
Is it possible to pay the invoice by credit card or in cash at the ticket office on site on the day of arrival?
No.
Are there any additional costs for ski passes on site? For example, a deposit for a ski pass?
There are none.
Can I use the sKiosek to buy or pick up ski passes for school groups?
No

Is it possible to issue a separate invoice for teachers for reimbursement at school?

If some students get sick before departure, can I cancel e.g. 2 ski passes and get a full refund for these ski passes (paid in advance by invoice)?
If the students do not come to the course and you do not pick up the ski passes for them, we will refund you the full price of the student ski passes.
Is night skiing included in the price of the ski pass?
Night skiing is included in 5-day and 6-day ski passes on the slopes Javor (Pec pod Sněžkou), Protěž (Janské Lázně) and Modřín (Velká Úpa)
Is the cable car ride to Černá hora included in the price of the ski pass?
The cable car ride is included in the price of the ski pass during the validity of the ski pass. Outside the validity of the ski pass, it is necessary to purchase a separate cable car ride. There is a discounted ticket price for school groups. However, the 10+1 free offer does not apply to it, as with ski pass purchases.

Complaints about school ski passes
Students and teachers who do not go on the course at all and have paid for the ticket in advance will not lose their fare. The same applies to those who fall ill or are injured and cannot make full use of their ski pass. No refunds are given at the ticket offices on site. Even requests for refunds for ski passes purchased at the ticket office must be submitted electronically.
On site, when picking up your online order, please return all ski passes for students who did not come to the course at all. Do not send a request for a refund for these ski passes. The money will be sent to the school account, a corrective tax document will be sent electronically to the email address of the contact person from the order.
All other requests for refunds are submitted electronically by the course leader. Please send requests only after the course has finished.
Always state the ski pass number in your request and attach a medical certificate or a report from the course medic.
Will you refund students' fares in case of injury or illness?
Yes, the unused portion of the fare is transferred to the school account. All unused ski passes are subject to a complaints procedure. The only reason for a refund is illness or injury during the course.
Can the money be refunded to an account other than the school account?
This is possible for ski passes purchased at the ticket office, but not for ski passes purchased online.
Who makes the complaint?
The person responsible for the ski course, the course leader.
How is the complaint made?
Online, by filling in the complaint form.
What are the requirements for a complaint?
Send a photo of the ski pass as an attachment or write its number in the text, as well as a medical certificate or a report from the course medic.
How long does it take to process a complaint?
We usually process requests within 14 days, but the process can take up to a month.

Get a contribution from your insurance company

Day ski camp for preschool and elementary schools
Morning at school or kindergarten, then skiing and back for lunch. From Monday to Friday, you can enjoy a day ski camp for children aged 3 to 13. Ideal for everyone from Trutnov, Vrchlabí or the Dvůr Králové area. In addition to ski lessons, snacks, changing rooms and final races, we can also help with transport to us or with providing ski equipment.
We respect the needs of children and know that a whole day on the slopes is really demanding. We focus on teaching beginner skiers using modern approaches. Courses take place in safe locations with magic carpets and training aids. Forget about tears, we teach the first turns with a smile.
